I really like this style of training that you've been showcasing lately, I'm also in my mid thirties and I added a lot of explosive and plyometrics exercises to my routine in order to stay as athletic as possible for basketball. Really curious to know your max vertical, it would be pretty cool to see, may be in a future video. Good vid as always, stay consistant. Cheers.

That’s a cool unique custom barbell design and reaching over deadlift variation I’ve never seen before! Good reminder for me to incorporate more plyometrics for that explosiveness. Stay strong 💪
I love my parents, but I never got to do random stuff in the yard like lifting, playing catch in the yard, seeing my father lift, because we didn't have one (Europe). It may look unimportant, but you are doing a great favour to your kids!!

It's normal that my max power clean is 10kg above my full clean but 20kg lower than my front squat?
