I know it was mostly a fill-in arc when they were moving between the Post 911 War arc and the Biden Blast Island arc, but it was very memorable for allowing the characters a chance to interact in a manner that wasn't life or death. Really gave some breathing room to a very breakneck paced series. Barack's chemistry with his crew honestly made this arc.
Assuming the "infinite amount of universes" theory is true, that means there's a version of One Piece, ALL episodes, movies and OVAs included, with US Presidents as the cast, as the biggest anime series ever. How I envy that universe.
