This is extra level, doing this by yourself! We have the resources online. Just do it! (Also if you can't afford to buy, you can always rent the equipment)

It is less expensive to DIY, but it's also scarry for us first timers. I will need to buy a saw and a nail gun (I've always wanted them anyway, haha).
