How does the nonfat milk option of USA to Canada? We always do like 1/4 nonfat milk and 2 tablespoons of butter instead

I have no idea I think it has to do with the cheese ratio, even with all that it was still very thick not super creamy but still good. I honestly don’t even measure my milk when making MnC lol
