People just exploit it, the majority are greedy, I used to take my pet rodents to the blue cross for treatment when I was on JSA, anyone could get help for their pets then, always paid the bills, spent at least £80 on my pet rat lol, but everytime i saw people sitting there with big expensive pedigree dogs and fancy jewelry they didn't pay a penny towards treatment, now Blue Cross and cracked down on whom can get treatment, very narrow band of benefits claimants now, all because of a few greedy bastards. Thats how these things will go, prove you need to be a cheapskate
