To the research I’ve done looks like my fridge is not making ice because it thinks the door is open. I changed the switch that you push and it’s supposed to manually turn off the light and does not work. Any ideas?

Hi I bought a house and this refrigerator came with the house. I don't have any manual. It not cooling or making ice. Temperature is 39F' and Power Fridge setup. But still not cooling.
Haven't been able to get to any of my shopping lists for the past couple days. Yes, I know they recently moved the Shopping Lists but as of two days ago it gets stuck in this Samsung Food loop and can't get to it on either the fridge or the phone. Does anyone know how to get around this now??
My fridge works good but my freezer doesn't freeze and evaporator got replaced and thermostat as well and still doesn't freeze its exactly the same fridge
This will only show you any failure with the actual cooling system it sounds like you have a software issue Have you tried redownloading your ring application? Please subscribe thank you.

Hey I’m following your defections but when I tap on each corner it does not bring up engineer mode
So what's the fix for error code 41? Reset the hub red switch and still no lights on inside fridge, still code 41.

Honestly it could be a handful of things you would need a technician to look at it
