I don't care if there was a thirty person film crew including a makeup artist and an executive producer,. If I complain about a product and a company rep choppers out with a new one that is an awesome response and well deserved advertising.
I know the response was definitely organized but perfectly so they saw a good opportunity to be funny and get good advertising and show that they do care about customers and took it and it really is hilarious seeing him run and throw it at her 😂
As long as the first video was real, the rest is just good entertainment. (As in, for all I know, she could’ve been doing an ad for North Face from the start.)
Well you didn't really say what the woman was complaining about... the woman was complaining that the jacket wasn't water proof that she was a drowned rat and that she wasn't impressed with the jacket. Who ever said let's record us sending her a new one via a chopper...Genius,...it was probable cheaper then a whole song a dance, one photograph one jacket one drone, one chopper one happy customer and edit. Job done
@@actionspace2238 Can't say. I've got older european rubber rain coats (Friesennerz/Stutterheim like) or so. Not really breathable but really waterproof.
I feel like it’s horrible marketing, that means they’re willing to sell you a falsely advertised product, then only take care of the problem after you are tiktok famous and complain about the experience publicly. Once I heard about this I knew I’d never buy any of their products. I’ve also be looking into if they own any sub-companies and will not be supporting them either.
@@bentleyqcrusade3696 it's an advertising thing they 100% would not do this for anyone else, I think berghaus had a guarantee where they would repair any failures on clothing but I think they may have abandoned that
They contacted her AFTER the video went viral lol they decided that this was good marketing afterwards. Its a marketing rescue, she was essentially complaining about them so they just took her up on the "I'll be the only person waiting at the top of this mountain" plus 1st video is a clear rainybday, 2nd one is sunny
Dude like really you had to make it like negative you couldn't just leave it alone and let us all enjoy it like we know that that's impossible but it was still fun to watch
Scott this is staged and you have using a lot of stock footage. Do you not know or are you lying? Marketing stunt is good. This video explained is bad. Sorry and #NoDisrespect

It was all planned
@@TzhzMakes sense that it was, but it was hilarious to see this😂
I feel like the first video was not planned but the North Face response was definitely planned and I’m here for it.
The response was obviously planned, there is zero question there
Ya think?
Do people think New Zealand is a state in Australia😂
Yep
Yes. I mean New Zealand has a thing they can join Australia any time they want
I was looking for this
people think australia is in the US. the shit you hear somtimes is wild
Americans do
I know the response was definitely organized but perfectly so they saw a good opportunity to be funny and get good advertising and show that they do care about customers and took it and it really is hilarious seeing him run and throw it at her 😂
I have zero doubt North Face could source a helicopter in an hour
I agree and I don't feel like it would be that hard to organize something like that to be pulled off in New Zealand either
It's dark and pouring down rain in her video. In the other video it's not at all the response from North Face was clearly another day
@@insethurdle88 you know there is a thing called weather change right!

Money makes everything move faster even a helicopter 😂, but even if it’s fake it’s really good marketing at the end of the day 😅
Wait… do people really think this happened the same day? Ppl can’t be that delusional.
Right!? I think her own complaint was for real. Then, they might have reached out to her later and planned that funny sequel. Love it!
I think they track the girl after the tiktoc video and offered her money to do the helicopter video. Its a good come back from negative review
Good thinking
But they didn't redesign it like she asked. Was the one off the rack waterproof?
When I go hiking with my wife in Polish mountains the last thing she wears is full makeup 😂
She looks like she only got lashes on.. I mean it is raining for makeup is irrelevant. Pretty sure it’s real
People go to the gym in full makeup

And the response distracts everyone from the fact that the original jacket was allegedly defective.
New zealand is not australiaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaq!!!! She literally said new zealand haha
If you’ve got a lot of money and a black card, anything is possible
North Face rainjackets are overpriced and not good. I avoid it to buy (i live in Switzerland). I like really waterproof rain clothes.
then which company is good?
what about decathlon.?

@actionspace2238 helly hansen do a good waterproof jacket but it's for sailing and not very breathable

TOP OF AUSTRALIA 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 bloody NEW ZEALAND MATE
No. She complained on her way down from the trip. This helicopter thing was staged
Dude like really you had to make it like negative you couldn't just leave it alone and let us all enjoy it like we know that that's impossible but it was still fun to watch
If I was as rich as north Face you can be sure I’d have a heli in an hour
I wanna be called a "magnificent bastard" too😂
It was planned obviously but definately only to make things right for the company and the girl.
North face is Simp Drip
Definitely appreciate the efforts by the company 🙄
And the jacket was not her size
Pretty sure North Face JUST MAAAYYBE might be able to find a hellicopter 🤦🏽♂️..The owner probably has 2 for each child
im giddy looking at this vidoe
NEW ZEALAND!!!!!
It was new zealand she said in her video
The videos were weeks apart
Okay so how does the Walter Mitty movie connect to all this?
First of all 😂 she says New Zealand 😂 🟥⬛️⬜️
Of course she is using the cheapest dryvent jacket 🤣🤣🤣 not the real ones
New Zealand 😢. Not Australia!
I can’t stand fake videos
Nicely done sir
Dude gets his facts wrong & explains the obvious. What was the point of this video. Proving americans have no clue of geography?
North Face is for a day of skiing in Vermont. Overpriced garbage.
Genius marketing!!
It was not the same day. It was planned
It shows that North face has earned so much that they can hire or buy helicopters from their pretty inexpensive😢 jackets 😂😂😂..
Where can i find the original video ? Plz
Lmfao people bought this 😂😂 this was a influencer north face collab
When he says its supposed to actually be the same day, he is joking right? Please tell me he's joking
Well a hink north face have a few helicopters pilots on the payroll if not money gets you anything

Planned, her hair was dry and emmaculate. She did not look like a wet rat
2 different color helicopers lol
I mean it doesn't matter if it was planned
She asked for them to deliver her a raincoat and they did
It's all a ploy dummie she probably makes hiking tiktoks 🤦♂️ no wonder they convinced yall to take that jab so easily 😂😂😂
She was told to ask them for it on camera🤣
This all occured in like an hour lol. She followed a script what do you mean it doesn't matter 🤣😭
@@TbMcphersonCO I mean it's still a cool thing that happened in real life
