- Assalamualaikum semua. Thank you once again sebab follow and subscribe channel aku. Keyboard mod hari ni adalah keyboard dari Ewin Ee. Dia minta aku mod keyboard yang dia baru beli. Mechanike K500. Budjet mechanical keyboard. Layout dia adalah compact 90%. Jom tengok apa modification yang aku buat untuk board ni.

Hey man i bught the same exact keyboard and tape modes it but now the keys are flashing red and the keyboard is not working do you have a fix?

Heya! I just bought this keyboard and i would like to know if 3 pin gaterons can fit in this board, i really got an eye on gateron yellows because i like their price and sound, but idk if the 3 pin socket in this keyboard is wide enough
I've tested some of the switches unfortunately they not fit good.

You will have to file the gateron pins so they can be placed, but they do work@@Swartkin
Any better recommendation for keyboards of similar price point?
For the price, i don't see any keyboard that can get similar to this board. But, If you have any extra budjet, I would go for RK or DK board. You can get better mod.
im looking for a new keycaps for my machenike, which one do you indicate?
I would go for any PBT material instead of ABS. I tested this with Akko ASA, very nice sound.
this keyboard support 5 pines? i want to modify this same keyboard with akko piano v3 but i don't know if this possible

Why everyone uses tape? Will it leave glue layer after removing it?
Hi, please use masking tape instead of other type of tape. I tried experiment a lot of tape and dont use the sticky glue type of tape. Masking tape is fine.
Is it possible to change the switches or just change the keys caps?
switches you need to try out some switches that can fit it. Because I tried with akko switches, its fit nicely. But not fit with MMD or JWK. I have to push harder. But difficult to take out again. Overall I think maybe it's because of the plate is cheap plastic. Not PC plate.

what's the polling rate of the keyboard?
I rate this 4.5/10. The reason is the material is too plastic feel. And very hard to do modification on this board because everything made on the same plastic.I would go for RK100 or DK100 and build it

the techware keycap actually you can get from any IT store. Its a general release. But for K500 is standard colorway

those keys is together with the board itself. But, after awhile using it, I dont really like it. So cheap plastic and thin.
