AB2370 Lead Testing in Child Care Facilities

This workshop shares information around Assembly Bill (AB) 2370 that requires all
licensed child care centers to test their drinking water for lead. It informs child care centers on the regulations regarding sampling, testing, and how to
treat fractional ppb readings on test results. This workshop also shares information on a
free service offered by a grant team led by the Office of Water Programs (OWP) to support
testing, fixture replacement, and retesting for licensed child care centers who apply.
