Okay it's currently 8:30am EST and I've been up all night finding who made the camera room dirty. Niko is innocent and I have the evidence to prove so. Straight to it at 0:50 & 0:57 if you have watched the critically acclaimed video "This Camera Changes Everything!", all of the parts at those type stamps belong to Sam's camera rig. Not only that as said in the video Texas dirt is scattered everywhere the reason there is Texas dirt is Sam filmed the Black Rifle Collab also with the same Black Magic camera rig. To further prove that the mess is not Niko's in the last video showing the camera room named "Getting the Hollywood Look Without The Hollywood Crew" at 3:27 the room can be argued as a mess, but observe the fact it's only Niko's perfect camera aka The RED is there not the Sam's Black Magic seen at 0:50. Others would argue that yes in the video "Getting the Hollywood Look Without The Hollywood Crew" at 3:48 Niko states "I love the RED but I don't want use the RED this is too heavy I pick it up and it annoys me now". He would then go on about the Black Magic is better and does create and talk about Sam's Camera rig. BUT. I would like for everyone to direct there attention to the thumbnail of the BTS called "Do Real Combat Veterans Make Better Action Films?" . What is noticed? Sam is holding the black magic in a rig with a quick release plate that is awfully similar to the evidence used to prosecute Niko. I want an appeal on this case and a rehearing. Commenters and Commenters I rest my case pick the right side of TH-cam history.

It's not relevant because using the case on another set does not remove the dirt from Texas on it. The point the defense made was that since there was Texas dirt on it and Niko was not in Texas, Niko could not have made a mess of the Soundbox. The prosecution counterargued that Niko had used the box after it had the Texas dirt on it and in Texas there was gear in the Soundbox. The argument that the case had been used after Niko had used it is irrelevant to the fact whether or not the Texas dirt proved Niko's innocence.
