Got mine today alongside the sapphire bucket. Well I, glad I bought the extra sapphire bucket because the quartz bucket was missing. It was not in the place where the bucket goes. I broke the machine down and it was not there. The sapphire bucket is so so good very good flavor

I got the DrDabber Switch 2 before it was sold out, and I'm hoping to get it on Monday. I'm a disabled epileptic veteran, and I've been looking for something that can replace 3 bongs from my room. They are taking up too much space. If the Switch 2 meets my expectations, the bongs will be placed in a safe spot but will no longer stay in my room.

I just ordered mine, I have a switch 1 & loved it. I notice you are putting your finger over the joy roller.. you should only roll from the outside and avoid covering the airway hole I was told.Cheers!

Does this new one even have a replaceable battery?........Confession that I didn't watch the whole video. I have found DD to be extremely responsive and customer orientated. I had a faulty charger that they advance replaced, and another issue that they took care of very fast. My only gripe is that they seem to have discontinued most of their Switch glass and haven't seen the SIC and ALN cups in stock for months. Judging by this, I have ordered a spare battery just in case, and my Switch has another year to go in warranty.

@@tylersherman9250 i’m very familiar with the tech. The only reason they made it like that was to fit the batteries due to how bad that technology is with power efficiency. I’m an industrial designer and it’s very clear to me that they don’t have anybody that can design properly and smokes on their development team. It would take me 30 minutes to an hour to fit all their tech in a better looking design and that’s true with any industrial designer that knows what Americans like.
You didn’t even talk about the hot knife or how you are supposed to use it to ensure that each dab is in the center of the bucket and not scraped off the sides I understand you didn’t need it but at least talk about it 🤷♂️
