谢谢你，每期必看.我是摸着石头过河，现在8个房产，最近想全卖了，太累了，这么多年当房东，维州最近又不停改政策，打击房产投资，gas electricity 都要2年检查一次，地税翻倍，重新套贷根本没有可能，airbnb 7.5% 加税 明年二月开始，每年注册费$350 大概，平均下来4%回报，把钱放进银行都要好很多，维修等等，这条路已经没法实现××自由。长远看起来一定涨, 工薪人没有机会了!买1-2 套就没有能力贷了。

如果你不买Apartment 的话，应该没事。如果还有收入，就hold着。没有收入的话，就卖掉。

策略是“我要做什么”，方法是“应该怎么做”
举个例子，假如我是一方诸侯，我在南京，我先扩展地盘。。。那么策略就是“我到底要先占领北京，还是先占领上海？”方法则是“我已经决定先占领上海了，那么我该怎么才能占领上海？”
