Adding Text to your drawings: Sketch book Journaling

In this weeks lesson I am talking about how to add text to your drawings, and start to think of your sketch book like a journal, a place to write, reflect and imagine.
I reference the excellent book The Creative Licence by Danny Gregory - which has lots of tips for this approach to sketchbook work.

Great drawings I actually started doing this when pandemic first hit ,but stopped when things got really bad in my state of newyork and just started drawing on computer paper due to having to draw so much stuff to help with stress. Went thru almost 385 computer sheets good thing pkg of sheet was 500sheets.. alot was rubbish just lines tho to help steady my hand... .lol ..I found the books you recommended not a bad price will be doable to purchase if I save up a bit for some time....could you tell me the paint set you were using and was that apitt pen also at the end...great video was first video I actually caught at right time...lol do you think you will have more classes on line for those of us that would like more....I appreciate your beginning classes and I've gained a working knowledge will most likely keep referring to those videos over the next months to help gain more confidence and control you should add a few commercials at end of video to help gain money from the courses I would watch the commercials knowing I could help support your channel..I feel guilty watching your past videos and not paying for them would like to help you thru watching a commercial or two at end of your videos...but no commercials in the middle of classes that throws me off of my concentration of learning....its just a thought tho.....many art blessing to you today 😷🎨👩‍🎨

Very inspiring video and just what alot of beginners artist like me need to stay motivated.... do you think you'll do another drawing class course?... I especially liked the book sketches as a book lover myself I tend to make list if things I want to get accomplished then I start reading I get lost and I'm like what where did the time go...I might have to look into audio books🤔 maybe...lol...🤓🎨
