Using a diode and also use a 1.5kohm resister and connect them both with the lipo +ve and u can take a Vin pin from the junction of diode and resistor and put that wire in arduino Vin pin.

Yes but esp8266 wifi board so required different programming and android app setup

multiwii program mainly developed for quad copter,tricopter,bicopter,aeroplane , so multiwii program not suitable for ground vehicle but it possible is made for ground

No actually budget problem i was not added lora module so this project rang is limited 30m

1)nrf24 module=1.5km rang
2)lora module=15km Rang
3)LTE,GSM module
This module work your mobile network so Mobile towers and best connectivity required to controller your drone
4) bulid you personal satellite network for communication and controlling your drone
This option give you really unlimited rang but it not possible to implemention for single user
