I’m looking for hairstyles to do for my daughter who is biracial (half black, half white) and I found your channel today! I love your videos. I think I’ll try this style on my daughter to help define her curls.
Well I'll be! I could not envision how a 3 strand twist is different from a braid. It definitely is and it even puffs up like a twist when you're done. ❤❤❤ Thanks for the tutorial.
I loved this video. Thank you. Maybe next time, start off doing a braid to get your roots flat and then you'll already have the 3 sections to do the 3 strand twist. 😊
I cut my hair to about 2/3 inches last week. My plan is to restart the growth/healthy hair process because once it got long, i got so much breakage. I love your chunky twistouts and I look forward to styling my hair like yours (in about a year or so). Thank you for sharing!
Your 3-strand twist is beautiful!!! Up it to A+. I also do a 3 strand twist from time to time when not wearing a WNG. I learned from nae2curly TH-cam some time ago!
Hey there Joy-el! Try braiding for 1"-2" first then do a 3 strand twist. You mentioned doing that with a 2 strand twist. I bet you'll be just as successful!
Eee! I loved this style and the way your twists dried. They look so cool! My hair is looser and darker so when I tried this style, the twists didn't dry with as much volume as yours and didn't have all of the beautiful highlights yours do. Otherwise, I would have worn them without unravelling... Hope your school is going well
Now I actually know how to do a three strand twist, you demonstrated well. But I don't get how to two strand and the three strand twist look differently. I think when you try it again maybe start out with a braid at the roots as well, that will probably help it to not separate so much in the back where it's hard for you to see and reach. Overall it looks pretty cute so I give you an A minus!😂😂

This looks amazing. Way more defined than the regular twist out. Love it. Can we see how it maintains throughout the week?
My sister braided my hair up but next time I will 😊

Your makeup is beautiful, when your husband comes home are you all dolled up?
It turned out very pretty! I would suggest that if you want your roots to be more defined, braid the roots first, then start the 3 strand twists

The twist looked very nice. I just got cornrows. I am still thinking about twist in the near future.

Keep it healthy by not treating it with heat or chemicals.
This is so lovely on you. Try braiding the roots next time and it will help you with your tension and you will get a more elongated look. Beautiful 😍
Super cute!
Turned out so cute. where did you purchase your mini clips?
Amazon :)
