That last one I've never been able to get around more than once. It feels like the bar is mashing my kidney into oblivion 😅 I haven't tried it in several months so you've inspired me to try it again tomorrow when I'm in the studio. Wish me luck! 😂
I had this issue too. Play around with the placement of the bar being a bit further up your back before you start rotating (rather than across your side and lower back). It helped me not smash my kidneys so much.
