Hey,We lived in Gurgaon sector 45 for 8yrs and now in Bangalore. We own an apartment in both the places. Really love both the cities. Since my hometown is near Bangalore we shifted here. My children enjoy Gurgaon. Missing my weekly shopping at sadar bazar and banjara market

Not getting a logic of all couples occupying 4bhks in Gurgaon. Either people are very rich there or they’re used to spend lavishly anything or everything without thinking about other financials😊

This is too good to be true that they have managed to get this 4bhk at 47k. Although the location is quite a bit far from the main areas. I pay 50k for a 2bhk in E block, near golf course road and that's the best price I was able to get 😢

Nice... and they have done it up really nicely. And very sweet couple. But seems slightly expensive... we live in a 3bhk in Gurgaon in a gated complex in a lane off Golf course road. While living room and dining are of similar size... our rooms are double the size of this place and there are four balconies, one additional storage area/room and a servant's quarter (the last must be there in this building also).
And while it doesnt have a clubhouse, it has four parks, and good thing about living close to Golf Course Road is MCGM ensures the lane doesnt flood even with heavy rains, so they carried out a lot of repairs at the beginning of the year. But I think the finish of this kitchen is better. Our place came furnished with all ACs, so we are paying 48K inclusive of maintenance, otherwise it would be slightly less.

Any less developed place in the world offers big houses at cheaper rates...every tier 2-3 small cities in India has malls and big complexes in suburbs...what every place doesnt offer is the freedom, safety, public transport options, less judgmental lifestyle and diverse employment opportunities of places like Mumbai, Bangalore, a factor many are oblivious to.
