Hi thank you kadam Morton clause, I have heard your talk for twenty minutes on how to be happy, I set aside time when ever I feel like meditating on this particular talk, possibly my mum or brother are also with me, the more I listen to this talk for the few minutes that it is my happiness increases every time to a deeper and deeper feeling, it’s difficult to feel that level of peace and happiness at other times, though through out the day
Can one lie down on bed and do the breathing practice. I know then risk of falling asleep is there but if one doesn't fall asleep or until he / she falls asleep, then the meditation practice will benefit the same as like in sitting posture.
