    I’m like 9 months into TMS work now and I’m tripping on how accurate y’all are describing the journey. ❤ I needed to hear all of this today and found it quite inspiring to know that I am actually recovering even though the sensations (symptoms) are still somewhat in control. I can see myself letting go. Also, this video would have been gibberish to me 6 months ago but now it’s like 💥 🎯
    Hell yeah Kyle, you are one insightful and empathetic man. I hope more people can reach this space in the journey of knowing in your gut, even if you don’t think you know how, that it sort of requires a complete top to bottom rebuild in some ways combined with the fact that it’s actually so very simple. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼💜💜💜

    First 35 mins of the video done for today, next are coming trrw. Its bean a wonderful interview so far, I have to admit 🙂
    After two years, I also got the feeling that it leads me to something bigger, life is going to be so beautiful, wonderful, miracle. I guess its not about healing from LC, its about healing from the past traumas and healing holistically, to find your true inner self. The diamond, which was always in you, but was covert with all the dirt from the past. We are axially so blast to experience this experience, Im more and more thankful to the universe, day by day Im learning more about myself, about my past, about life in general.
    There is an old saying, a strong person is not born, it is made by all the struggles and storms it did go through.
    Looking forward to see the next part of the interview 🙂

    Great video - but I don't understand quite yet how to drop resistance and say yes to things when symptoms/sensations are already high, or when we have come to associate specific activities with causing specific symptoms. Do we need to drop these associations or fears before being able to say yes to doing more things?

    • @life.withkyle
      @life.withkyle  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Check out some of my other videos , there's a lot where I address this quite a bit. But mostly make a study of resistance as it arises. The more you investigate resistance, what am I resisting right now? What is the problem in this experience? Then you can say yes to more and become curious when resistance or fear does arise. Again there's a lot of nuances which I can't really cover all here so I recommend go through my other content, all my videos try to cover this from different aspects and views

    What is the explanation for the chest tightness
    Is it simply just a fear response ?

    • @life.withkyle
      @life.withkyle  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes probably fear and associated sensations. Don't worry too much about the explanation, explore the roots of the experience and associated resistance. Then you'll see the need for explanation was due to fear of the sensation

    Hi all, which meditations are you all doing to recover from Long Covid?
    I already tried a lot of things including meditation. I've installed a infrored cabine to get me relaxation moments.
    The channel "JUST ROB" is also a good resource, where he states doing things you like.
    Trying to invoke positive sensations in the body, as per Joe Dispenza could do the trick?
    I'm not fully recovered but doing better. So the last mile has yet to be ridden....
    Any suggestions are welcome!
    All the best to you all!!!!
    Cheers
    Roy

      Hi. Have you checked out Roberto Escobar's videos and the polyvagal exercises? He's a nurse that lived LC himself. Cheers.

      Nother question: in your view is long covid caused by the mind? Or do wie use the mind to heal the bod y?
