Do the led lights only stay on when the low beams are on or do they stay on all the time

you can program them to stay on all the time. but they stay on when the low and highbeams are on.

these are aftermerket Headlights and you can put HID on 2013 and these. These are VipMotoZ brand and they will fit 06-13 Lexus is.
