Hi Amit, thanks for your suggestions. We'll add them to the list :-) In the meantime, Kanban is a tool to support Agile working and isn't a methodology or framework. Scrum is also related to Agile and started out as a framework but has become a methodology. I hope that's helpful :-)
Hi Dayang Nur Syafikah, great question! It's going to depend on the type of project you're running. If it's an IT project, Agile's your best bet. If it's something else, consider a scaled down version of PRINCE2. On saying that, if it's a large budget project, and here I mean something over $5,000,000, then you're likely going to have to put in a bit more governance. I hope that helps :-)
Hi Samar. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it for your project. Extreme project management is used on projects that are highly unpredictable, that need huge amounts of flexibility or when a lot of stakeholder engagement is required. It's not a great fit with something like system implementations.

It is a good video, but the audio is hard to follow. I think it is a combination of the speaker's accent and some reverb introduced in the recording process.
