Why should only petitioners be allowed..?? Dont you think it goes against principle of fairness and justice..?? Also, Lets say there is a Person A and Person B, Person A is the petitioner and can afford to fight tin court whereas Person B is not a petitioner and cannot afford to fight legal case. Now that Person A has filed and won, should TGPSC consider only Person A, or should use the above judgment to consider all the person like Person A..?? Another Scenario, Lets say Person B scored more marks than Person A, so do you think Person A should only be allowed just because he/she fought a legal case and got interim orders..?? Note: In the above scenario both Person A and Person B are Sports Quota Candidates.
Till now in the judicial system, case judgements came in favour of petitioners only not all the people who were eligible or merit students. You can raise this question in front of government and judiciary
