    Thank you so much for these educational episodes, it is hard to find material like this where we learn more about ingredients, there is too little education for us perfume lovers. :)

    Such an interesting point about sweat improving the vanilla bean flavour/fragrance. Another very welcome and wonderful episode!

    I really appreciate this interview. Sustainability and ethics are important subjects next to aesthetic and art of perfumery.

    Of all masterclasses so far, this is my favorite episode. Had no idea about the facts behind fair trading. So much to take away from this one. Thank you :)

    Shows us how the real "value" of niche is the local focus, the purity of the ingredients and the small size of the output...

    ❤Great lesson! You mentioned a love of ice cream… My Fat Tuesday indulgence: Rosa Parks’s Peanut butter pancakes with Van Leeuwen’s Sicilian Pistachio ice cream.❤❤❤ Scent of the day is Isra & Miraj by Stephane Humbert Lucas. I’ll wear Carolina Herrara’s Good girl tomorrow 😅😊❤❤

    My partner and I are on the warpath to finding the best fragrances from Indie brands and we discovered a new gem. This brand is called Fantome! We just got a set of seven samples and we are blown away by the uniqueness and honest nature of the sense. That’s the best way I can describe them. Some of the ones we chose were Ruslan (smells like an antique shop), parlour (my favorite), bune (smells like a wet cave) and Dead but not Arisen (smells like dirt, cedar and chocolate. My boyfriends favorite). Have you heard of them? I’m always interested in hearing your thoughts on indie brands!

      Also, I realize reading through this this sounds like an ad. I promise I am an artist and have no affiliation with any sort of fragrances. I just love Indie brands, and I love your channel! I’m always excited to see your videos, and I hope someday I can catch a live one! I’m a tattoo artist so my hours are kind of weird.

      No, I haven’t heard of them at all. Thank you. And don’t worry, I didn’t think you were connected to the brand.

    I love e this series of interviews , I’ve heard some them several times. I’m from Mexico, I wonder why Mexico is not one of the country’s providing vanilla, since the insect is originally from here 🤔

      Good question. Perhaps I’ll be able to ask Remi one day.

    Wonderful. Remi of course uses his lab’s materials in Les Indemodables products, but do we know what other brands, if any, are using his materials?

    • @Persolaise
      @Persolaise  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Well, I certainly know that Eris and Les Abstraits do. But there may well be others.

      @latelierfrancaisdesmatiere4992 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Our exclusive 'Grands Crus' ingredients are not resold outside (as all the natural ingredients producers do) and solely used in the perfumes manufactured at our Lab among which LES INDEMODABLES, ERIS PARFUMS, LES ABSTRAITS. There are a few others scents creations using it for 5 stars hotels, high jewellery brands like PIAGET etc..

  • @melipone

    Hi, thanks for another great video!
    I would like to ask what is the best way to keep our 'Grand Crus' boxes? Should it go in the fridge?
    Thanks!

    • @Persolaise
      @Persolaise  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Good question. Let me see if I can put it to Remi.

      As far as I’m aware, it isn’t available for sale.
