The spen from my tab s9 plus works on both my tab and phone. And the pen on my s23 ultra works on my tablet. The air actions, however, don't work on both devices. Or I have yet to figure out how to use it between 2 devices

You should have setup device tracking. You can set it so it notifies you if you leave the pen behind, but losing the pen is your fault and is not covered by warranty.

In this video I didn't. But now I do. I use a matte screen with s pen pro and metal tip for the spen so that there is 0 wear down
