Totally should have 1 city national then artificially kept your science score down by only half teaching the expensive stuff and coming back later to finish them? Lessen the targeting

how do you get the highlighted tiles in the city screen and defensive stat bonuses when you hover?
Hi Filthy, why do you always pledge to protect, and then proceed to ask tribute?
Pledge to protect doesn't affect your chance to tribute but it does for other players. Makes it harder for them to tribute
Pledging also gives free 20 influence for better alliances when completing quests
if you went for petra greed , then how much of a priority would mauslem H be?
+Thomas Remmers Low, there doesn't tend to be time if you're trying to hard build petra in the cap, you need too many other early game things too.
