Man, those Mk 1 main guns hurt my soul man. Gotta start pushing big gun tech. I know it's still 1890's but man it hurts to see.

The pace of big gun tech does start to pick up in the following episodes, due to the trimming out of time where not much happens, with the switch to a more edited format instead of simply just recording for an hour and releasing that relatively unedited.
