Your videos are always enjoyable to watch. I burned firewood for many years and stopped because of long hours away from home and burned out stove and needed chimney repair. I have a new stove that I need to set up and plan on next year. Thanks for your demo videos.
There's definitely some TH-camrs that probably would want one of these if they don't already have one. Can beat this screener for loading a trailer. My grandpa would have loved that thing.
Morning Andrew! Geez, I never thought of that but such a great tool for the winters too, as shown. I'd take the clean wood everytime - LOL! And I agree, no one wants that pile of snow and debris. Nice job! Enjoy the snow while it lasts buddy!
I reckon there is going to be a lot of people looking at the dsc10 with conveyor when we have it at the forestry show in the uk later this year, once people actually see it they will buy it
Hello Andrew yeah you did get a lot of snow up north just missed us here in northern Ohio that is a awesome cleaner for the wood my down the road need to get the 12/22 or axis first keep dreaming for one to up date my country line that girl makes me sore no spring chicken here Have a good day Andrew stay warm
Andrew I told PHIL & Karen on Allen family firewood to paint there rock bucket orange 🍊 where his tractor is blue . That you might send a demo conveyor or wood splitter for there U tube channel up 🔝 to 88.2 K 😊. Great video Andrew on the EASTONMADE cleaner 😊.
I’ve seen one the other day, it even has a telescopic arm. Funny to see a door on the side of the skid steer. But I thought it was awesome. Don’t have to worry about keeping the door area open. Especially handy when the machine breaks down and lift is halfway up.
My thought on that is you need to load from the back of the cleaner. Have a mouth big enough to take a load from the skid steer at the back. All the wood then gets the same amount of cleaning. Have the cleaner V’ed shape to fit the conveyer. Seems your idea cleans the wood better at the end farthest away from the conveyer. Still a great idea, but I think could be improved on. Just a thought, I’m no expert.
Andrew, I am still seeing a good bit of room for improvement on this procedure you are using here. Everything on the left end of your loader bucket doesn't get enough time before it gets out of the cleaning range. 10 to 20% of the debris you want cleaned out is still in there. Of course, you have to know this already, but, the great spokesperson you are, I would have hoped you would be pointing this out to the viewers. It takes, as everyone knows, either a longer cleaner, narrower bucket or loading on an infeed conveyor so all of the bucketful goes across the entire cleaner. Some of these solutions are going to be more effective than others. And, of course, it will be more money for the added equipment. I only say this out load because I had hoped you were going to.
Personally, I would rather spend the money and build something with a roof that keeps the elements off the firewood. You could see that the firewood was covered in ice also. Like he mentioned at the beginning of the video, people pay a premium for firewood. My customers get clean, dry, seasoned firewood. What he loaded was not

Another great use of the disc screener. Never thought about it for screening out the snow. Great use

That is a slick machine Andrew! I can’t believe all the scraps and snow that is seperated out. That alone was a half of a trailer load😂👍🏻👍🏻

Wow. I sure could use one of those! Maybe you could do a give away on one of those 😂. Take Care Andrew!!!
That must be hard to bend down and pick up a few piece that you drop, poor cameraman, I like your channel Andrew.

That work’s really good 😊
I say if you add an extra 8 feet on the shaker deck the extra time would clear more snow and other debris befor the conveyor
We do make a version of this that is 20' instead of 10'
You can keep the disc cleaner. I want your truck and trailer. I need to replace my Ford custum and ifor Williams. Nice rig
Set it up for 2 or 3 totes to sit under it to collect dirt snow ect .
What's up with the one armed skid loader!😂

We love it. Wouldnt do it any other way now
I would love to rent one for a weekend to run some wood through where I did not have grizzly bars helping to filter out the trash .
Good job boss
This is pretty awesome 🤩
Very nice indeed. Does it come with a wheel package for moving around the yard? ☃️ Snow be gone! 😎🪵
We are working on wheels for them
Andrew I am not sold...we got rain here, need grizzly bars...on the 37D w/conveyor
Ahh, a man and his toys...useful toys.
👍👍👍👍
That loaded trailer of wood what’s the price
Be $700-800 in most markets

You're right on with that. I did a video probably 6 months ago like that. Saved a lot of time also

See a lot of snow is still being loaded into the truck trailer with the much cleaned wood.???

You're absolutely right dean. There are several different ways to load and conveyor configurations that help

That would work great for sure
The cleaner needs to be twice as long.
We do make one that is 20'
firewood is not worth that much for all these toys it really isnt
Hello Andrew, Thats a great cleaner, just loading it with the wrong brand track loader😂🪵🪵🇺🇸
