What are the prices of these properties? I’m wondering if this real estate agent is typical of British agents? I’ve found real estate agents in the U.S. to be incredibly lazy. They’ll show you one house if you’re lucky, and if you don’t want to make an offer on it, that’s the end of their assistance.

He's not an agent, he's just the one of the presenters on "Escape to the Country". They do give the prices during the show, but this is a very, very pared down few minutes of an hour program.
