Six of Crows! yay! also you'll fly through A Little Life because you won't want to put it down. and it's great to get outside your comfort zone. i listened to the audiobook of Narrow Road to the Deep North and i didn't really enjoy it, but i don't think it's one that's best listened to. someday i want to read the physical version because i do think it's an interesting story.

It`s good to have an area like this “fetching lobon only” (Google it) where you can discover and read most of the books. It has a user-friendly interface and there are no faults and mistakes at all. Its an important source for the people who like reading. The choice of books is fairly intensive. You could have plenty of things to read about.

I've been tackling Skagboys by Irvine Welsh, because I've put it off for far too long... With the soon to be released The Blade Artist, I decided that there is no better time than now, so yes. After this, I'll be reading (possibly after reading something else because I'm starting to pick up on the lingo) Trainspotting, which I haven't read in well over a decade. I'm both nervous and super excited :D

    5) A Song of Ice and Fire

You should read Tuscan Rose. I forget the author. But it centers around a woman in Italy during WWII. I enjoyed the book quite a bit. It ripped out my heart, stomped on it, cut it into chunks, lit it on fire, and then danced in the ashes but so good.

+Annalyze yes you can! It is just in the same world. The two stories are totally separated! There are a few tiny hints to the Grisha trilogy in Six of Crows but you only notice them if you've read the Grisha trilogy and you don't miss out if you don't notice them.

This year I just really have to read sequels... There are so many series that I just read the first book and never continued. Including but not limited to Proxy, The Lunar Chronicles, Steelheart, The Darkest Minds, and Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Chirldren. I know I would enjoy a lot of them, but I never pick them up! That's definitely my goal of this entire year. :)

My goal is to finish the outlander series; I'm currently on Drums of Autumn (it's 880 pages), and the books just get larger from there! I'm also wanting to read the Lunar Chronicles, A Song of Ice and Fire (I've only read game of thrones), Throne of Glass, and Red Queen.

Yes! I was also surprised by the density of Winter! I'm about halfway through it right now, and I have to say-- thus far it looks to be the best book in the whole series. It has a really tight, intricate plot, and of course, all the characters are now interacting. No more setup, just action! But very well arranged action. And I'm really in love with Winter herself. She's a Good Character.

I would recommend to any readers this website “fetching lobon only” (Google it). There are lots of books you could read here. It gives fictional or non-fictional stories, or any reading material which will help jazz up your mood. Not as tactile as an actual book, but its the next best thing. Love how the books are setup like someone just photo copied them in.

The Raven King... Glass Sword... maybe the last book in the Selection... don't know.... the one before wasn't as good. I also am looking forward to the hopefully the last book in the Chronicles of Nick series. Most people don't know about it, and, I read the whole series online. Mostly I pick books at random, and test them out. Not basing on authors or anything. Sometimes you can find good unpopular books.

I'm hoping I'll be able to juggle this, college, and a summer job. I have high hopes!

Wolf by Wolf sounds soooo goood! I am definitely adding that to my tbr. And Winter was amazing! A perfect conclusion to the series so I hope you read it soon. One book that I am looking forward to reading this year is Ron Chernow's biography of Alexander Hamilton. I know, that sounds ridiculously nerdy but it's the biography that inspired the Broadway musical Hamilton (which is amazing btw) and I really want to learn more about Hamilton's life and see the connections to the musical.

Warbreaker was my least favorite of Brandon Sanderson's novels, I just didn't connect with any of the characters, and I did not like the magic system in this one; Elantris will always be my favorite novel from Brandon Sanderson, as it led me to the Wheel of Time Series by Robert Jordan!
Top five books to be read in 2016:
1: Queen of Fire by Anthony Ryan
    2: Ruin by John Gwynne
3: Angel of Storms by Trudi Canavan
4: The Widow by Fiona Barton
5: The Mime Order by Samantha Shannon

I'm finishing up the Mistborn-trilogy, and I plan on reading Mockingjay by S. Collins. I also have started the Welcome to Nightvale novel. And definitely reading Michel Faber's The Crimson Petal and the White. Beyond that, haven't made a real selction yet. Though I am planning on making my TBR-list shorter....

the top 3 books I want to read this year are
    1. "The Fiery Cross" by Diana Gabaldon. It is 1443 pgs long and I'm only on pg 699. I've been reading this book since September. It's a great book though
    2. "Throne of Glass" by Sarah J Maas. Really want to get into this series
    3. I also want to finish the bloodline series by Richelle Mead. I read the first 3 books and loved it. I've also just started the Vampire Academy series as well

I have a book suggestion for anyone who likes historical fiction. The book is called: The Thousand Autumns of Jacob de Zoet, written by David Mitchell. This historical novel, which takes place on the artificial island Degima, is about an unassuming Dutch bookkeeper named Jacob de Zoet who falls in love with a beautiful midwife in 18th-century Japan. When
Miss Aiba-gawa is spirited away to a mountain monastery, Jacob finds the heroism in his soul. Here is a bygone secret world full of charm and horror. Mitchell is best known for Cloud Atlas, but in my opinion The Thousand Autumns is far better.

My reading goals for 2016: the mistborn trilogy by brandon sanderson, a HP re-read(may need that for some schoolwork), chronikles of Narnia re-read, finishing the mortal instrument series, the raven boys by maggie stiefvater, ash by melinda jo and more lgbtq+ themed books. I think I will also re-read Magnus Chase and Carry On

If you like The Nightingale, you should read All the Light We Cannot See. It's also a historical novel set in WWII France, and it got huge critical acclaim in 2014. It won the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction. I thought it was a masterpiece. 530 pages.

The top 3 series that I want to read this year are: The All Souls Trilogy by Deborah Harkness (yes, it's a reread for me but it's my favourite series ever and I didn't read it at all last year). The Lunar Chronicles as I've heard AMAZING things about it and The Raven Cycle even though I'm slightly worked about the hype it's been getting.

At the moment I'm tackling my Zombie TBR pile and I'm happy to say that I've put a pretty nice size dent in it. My goal (and I've never made a reading goal before) is to read 25 books in 2016. I'm hoping to hit this goal and I keep buying books to add to my regular TBR pile but the Zombie ones are my main priority at the moment. I've read four or five of them since last month and that makes me very happy.

I've already started one of my most intimidatingly big books that I've wanted to read for ages: The Count of Monte Cristo (Alexandre Dumas). I also want to read Don Quichote this year, the Diary of Van Gogh, and that one Dickens novel I own but keep forgetting the title of :p

DANG. I hate, hate, HATE waiting for new books in a series to come out. (I'm dying with Throne of Glass and Fallen Kingdoms...) So should I hold off on reading the Name of the Wind?

    BTW Kvothe=Quothe
I'm reading The Name of the Wind RN and it's fantastic!! I absolutely love it and I'm almost finished. After that, I really need to read the Throne of Glass series as well as a Court of Thorns and Roses. I also need to read the mistborn trilogy and a bunch of other books by Brandon Sanderson
