I've been bitching about this for years. I'm glad they finally listened. I'm real tired of adapting the .32-20 plugs to .30 & .31 rifle cartridges. Having hell as we speak trying to shoot cast/pc bullets in the .330 BO.
I know that Lee has them in stock. Not too sure about the other web sites... besides Lee has lowered their shipping costs on small orders so it doesn't hurt so much. The micrometers are in stock at at Titan Reloading ... I think the price was $14.99 plus like $5 shipping. Midway has them for $17.99 in stock plus shipping. Grafs and Midsouth also have them in stock.
What are the measurements of the expanded sections(both at the case mouth, the "M" portion) and the portion below? The NOE expander plugs are available in differing sizes so proper neck tension is possible. I'm using Dillon powder measures, so I'm looking at how I can use the NOE expander powder-through plugs inside the Dillon powder dies, but would need an internal spacer piece to activate the powder measure since I choose to not use the linkage arm.
It depends on which caliber your going to use. The entire purposed of the larger step up is so that you can seat cast bullets easier with less damage to the bullets. Jacketed bullets as well as most better quality plated bullets don't need the step up to seat. There was a problem with the NOE powder through plugs when he first introduced the,. There was a lip inside that was catching some of the powder as it dropped. I don't know if that still exists or not.
Good stuff .
Thanks!
Hi papa’s that’s great thanks for sharing
They are really great!!! I can't believe just how much better the bullets sit on the cases.
Thanks for watching

Good evening ck at ya!
Well yes. Nice one Les. Glad they are addressing this.
They makes a huge difference!

I only have 380 dies but will check it out
IMHO they are a game changer for cast bullets!
Thanks
They work good and best of all good price, hope they ship some inserts to Midway.
The dealers just need to sell off all the stock they have on hand... until then the safest way to make sure you get the new ones.
good deal
Thank you Tony!
