Parents won't be aware of it actually. I was under depression anxiety but parents knew I was sad but weren't aware of mental health that time . Now after covid n cos of all those mental awareness education happening during this time esp after sushanths case . People started being aware of it . So yea you can't blame anybody on this . Just happens ! Now after i told them what u went through they were supportive. So yea the awareness is what lacked few years back .
I love how she is really confident in this talk. A lot of girls when led down by a guy or not understood by parents, give up. And choose to play the victim their whole life so after decades they can still narrate the sad tragic sob story to their kids. About how they would have done so and so if they did etc. But we should fight for our dreams. Its your duty to protect and bring them to reality.
Falling in love was the biggest mistake in my life, i wasted my precious time and energy into it. I kicked out that cranky gf and my life was back on track. The nurse used to pour tincture on the raw wound. My last job was working in pure night shifts for more than a year in a job that I was JUST not liking and which ruined my health. I was molested in an interview in January last year. And top of all that, I've not had a proper job for more than a year now. And I'm 38 now!!!!! Wot hope is there for people like me???????

I got cheated so my 6 year relationship failed and yes my cgpa gave me goosebumps . I grew up in a destitute family and I had zero friends. I look like a zombie because the pills that I took did something terrible to my body and now I still get comments on how everything is over but after so many suicide attempts and 7 year's of panic attacks I can assure you one thing , I'm proud of myself and everything that I've gone through and yes thing's are better because I survived either way without changing myself into an evil person. I myself have faced something similar, the only difference is that it got worse with time. 8 years later, today i am depressed and have anxiety disorder not because of the same reason but others. I thought that i struggled and paved my way out of it but my life really had some of the worst times waiting for me, hope it gets better with time. ✨

Not everyone's struggle story ends with a banger but i am glad hers did. I myself have faced something similar, the only difference is that it got worse with time. 8 years later, today i am depressed and have anxiety disorder not because of the same reason but others. I thought that i struggled and paved my way out of it but my life really had some of the worst times waiting for me, hope it gets better with time. ✨

Before you actually make another judgement about girls, I suggest you to educate yourself on that topic a bit more. Many Indian girls do work for their career and goals. I guess you have to wake up and look at the world more closely to actually notice it.
I live in the US & all the Indian girls I know really work hard to to attain their career & I am sure a lot of Indian girls in India are like this as well. Unfortunately, the people in villages in India are quite backwards in their thinking & don't give an eff about a girl being educated & her becoming anything other than a wife & mother :-(
