L'argilla curativa: cataplasma - Medicina Medievale

Nel video di oggi vi parleremo di un prodotto naturale che non appartiene al mondo vegetale, ma bensì a quello minerale: L’argilla, che veniva impiegata sin dall’alba dei tempi da diversi popoli, sia come trattamento cosmetico che medicamentoso. Vedremo insieme infatti come realizzare un cataplasma.
Ingredienti ed occorrente:
Le quantità possono variare a seconda la dimensione della parte da trattare
-Argilla bianca (Caolino)
-1 cucchiaino in legno
-1 ciotola in terracotta, ceramica o in vetro
- Acqua
Tempo di posa: da 30 minuti a 2 h
Risciacquare con acqua tiepida.

- 1 wooden spoon
- 1 bowl in crock, ceramic or glass
- Water
Processing time: from 30 minutes to 2 hours
Rinse with warm water.
