In Conversation with Bernie Marsden | The Bernie Marsden Signature

Last year, we had the great pleasure of releasing our Bernie Marsden Signature Model. A super limited run, it consisted of 12 flame-tops and 12 gold-tops, complete with some seriously special appointments, a signature Bernie Marsden case and a certificate signed by Bernie.
This year, I flew over to the UK to visit Bernie and we talked about where the whole project began, what decisions went into designing the guitars collaboratively and what the future holds. Bernie and his family were also incredibly gracious to host me for an evening full of incredible tales of musical icons and touring around the world.
I need to say a massive thank you as well to Bernie for the friendship and partnership. It's an absolute joy to work with him and an honour to create this guitar with him. Here's to the future!

This is a wonderful video Nik! I could listen to you and Bernie talk all day. Indeed the Nik Huber Bernie Marsden model is an absolutely incredible and beautiful instrument. Truly, there isn't a better guitar available today. I proudly own # 3 of 12 and I could not be happier. It's like owning a Stradivarius or Guarneri violin. A once in a lifetime instrument. Stunning instrument. I started building guitars around 2 years ago during lockdown after many years working as an instrument repairer. One of my biggest inspirations is Nik Huber and every time i make a new guitar, i look at one of Nik's and think to myself, if i can ever get close to this level, i'll be an incredibly happy man. Doubt if that day will ever come but one must have something to aspire to. Phenomenal guitars. Keep them coming.

Always great to listen to Bernie, and Nik’s passion to his craft is plain to see - as an Orca player, I can testify how good Nik’s guitars are. The BM signature was out of my price range so good to hear that Nik and Bernie will hopefully be working on something with a few less ‘luxury’ appointments and maybe a little easier on the wallet.

Nope. Nik Huber Guitars is this stand alone brand all the way from 1994. Nik is however real good friends with Paul.
