I also absolutely do not want Gruden back. His overall record since he won the Super Bowl is 67 and 82. He’s so bad at personnel decisions. He decimated the Tampa Bay roster before he was finally fired. And everyone seems to forget that Raiders players described a feeling of relief after he resigned. They did not like playing for him. And he made some really dumbass in game decisions. I’m not really sure why there is so much love for him honestly.

Gruden? Really? His second time around Chucky was 19-31 (no playoffs), blew more #1 draft capitol than any coach in NFL history (Ferrell, Arnette, Ruggs, Leatherwood, Abrams) ... Not to mention the Antonio Brown, Martavis Bryant fiascos, blew a ton of money on signing Trent Brown. Gruden wasn't even that good in TB. He inherited Dungy's team and then drove it into the ground after that. Gruden was a dumpster fire. His name keeps popping up because he makes cute faces?

Think you're selling Ben Johnson's potential interest a little short. I could see him preferring trying to sign Darnold over drafting Ward or Sanders, then using the pick for T Mac or Jeanty and maybe signing Higgins. Imagine having an offense of Darnold, Higgins, Bowers, Jeanty, Meyers and Mayer for Johnson. That seems fairly appealing and is 100% doable. Plus, if reports are true that Pats essentially have already picked Vrabel, and if Caleb Williams prefers Kingsbury, I see us as a MUCH better option than the Jags since we have over $100 mil in cap and the QB spot is open to go get his guy within a year or two as opposed to being tied to Trevor Lawrence for the next 5 years.

I don't understand why Kellen Moore doesn't get more looks for HC positions. Dude has been around in OC positions for a lot of years now, has done a solid job and needless to say the Eagles are killing it. Young guy, former NFL QB, obviously offensive-minded, getting the job done on one of the very best offenses in the league. Sign the man up.
