I have tattoos : small tatoo on neck and a big tatoo on left wrist and one "A" tatoo on right thumb.
In this situation am I eligible for exam or not?
If not then please share some possibilities.

You can appear in the exam, but during interview they might judge you, and chances are that even if you are fit for that post they wouldn't be able to see the officer vibes from you after all an officer should look like officer or people will take them for granted
And also their is huge chances of questions based on your tattoos.

Don't worry. Reach to that level. Generally medically Out kr dete hn tattoo wale logo ko in govt. Exams. But I think this should not be the criteria. Having tattoo doesn't mean u'll remain apprehensive. Try guy... Ur guts will make you achieve the things you aspire for.
