Open Windows Features and look for Virtual Machine Platform and Windows Hypervisor Platform. VMP wants to be on. WHP wants to be off.

Same. Reinstalling did not fix. Enabled virtualization and turned off the Windows setting that interferes. No help online for this issue yet.

It didn't work... I can not log in.... it works until the login page where it is impossible to log in or create a new account...

Just went back to windows 10 as never got amazon app store to download. Broken windows 11..give it another 2 years..might be working then.
