After completing the trek from Zizew village, the Uncharted Miles team is now traveling from trek starting point to Savnob village, via the Bashid village in Upper Bartang valley. We trekked back through the same broken path - boarded our Landcruiser car - drove another 40-50 KM to arrive at the Bashid village. The lunch was wonderful, however the drive afterwards was not. Still, the view from high pass, the wide riverbed from top, the greenery of Savnob village and the sunset hue around the village - all of these made our day.
