      @@davido3026: That's right - and the Christianity message doesn't allow for free will! If ONLY they could understand this! I didn't used to understand it either, but there came a day when I truly wanted to know what God actually said to us at Mt. Sinai. From there, Hashem led me to Rabbi Singer and Rabbi Skobac's websites, and everything eventually became clear, and I had no choice by to leave the pagan falsehoods of Christianity!

    There are lots of things that pass through a person's mind throughout life. The harder the life, the deeper the thought, the bigger the struggle. No need to pretend, life can be really hard! There is a lot of people in a much worse situation than ourselves so I refuse to remain ungrateful for too long when I'm down. We all get down, That is what keeps us humble!
    I pray for all who struggle with these things because the fact is, Life is much harder for some folks than others and we all need to be more receptive to one another!

      Why Are There Demons?
      Ezekiel 20:25,26; "… Moreover, I (Yahweh) gave them (Israel) STATUTES that were NOT GOOD and RULES by which they could NOT HAVE LIFE, and I (Yahweh) DEFILED them through their very GIFT'S in their offering up ALL their FIRST-BORN (child sacrifice) that I (Yahweh) might DEVASTATE them. I did it that they might know that I am the LORD (Yahweh)…" Deuteronomy 32:17; "They sacrificed to demons, not Eloah, to elohim (powerful ones,) - they had not known them before - To new ones that came from nearby; Your fathers were not HORRIFIED by them..." John 8.42-47; EmmanuEl, (EL with us), NOT Yahweh's messiah, told the Pharisees ‘If God (EL) were your Father, you would love me. After all, I’m here, and I came from God (EL) . . . You come from your father, the devil, and you desire to do what your father wants you to do. The devil was a murderer from the beginning. He has never been truthful. He doesn’t know what the truth is. Whenever he tells a lie, he’s doing what comes naturally to him. He’s a liar and the father of lies. So you don’t believe me because I tell the truth . . . The person who belongs to God (EL) understands what God (EL) says. You don’t understand because you don’t belong to God (EL).’” The deity the Pharisees considered to be their father was unequivocally Yahweh. Yahweh also perfectly fits the devil description that EmmanuEl assigns to the father of the Pharisees. The English bible uses LORD, GOD, DEVIL and SATAN and masks the true identity of Yahweh (the slanderer and the accuser) A son of the most high (ELYON) was deliberately searching for the descendants of the former occupants of the fallen Northern Kingdom, where many monarchs still worshiped El. Revelation 12:9; "That ancient snake, named Devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world." Exodus 32:27; "Moses instructed the Levites to carry out murder: “This is what Yahweh Elohim (Yahweh, one of the powerful ones) of Israel says: Each of you put on your sword. Go back and forth from one end of the camp to the other, and kill your relatives, friends, and neighbours.” And: Exodus 32:29; “Moses said: ‘Today you are ordained as Yahweh’s priests. God (Yahweh) gave you a blessing today because each of you fought with your own sons and brothers.’” The significance of the Bible saying EmmanuEL could not come from the Levitical priesthood, describing him as a distinctly different type of priest, and then directly saying he would come from the line (order) of Melchizedek, priest of Elyon (EL most high)
      Ps... Jesus is NOT Yahweh's son. NOR as some Christians teach, that Jesus is Yahweh... That which is BORN of FLESH is FLESH; That which is BORN from ABOVE is SPIRITUAL (a new creation)

    I have noticed how some shows and cartoons kind of enter relate animals or maniacs with demons. It kind of helps us get clues to our world. Plots in every story help us find meaning and helps us find hope in our hearts that their will be peace some day.
    The believed dragan kind of relates to animals in that they act on a desire to eat so it makes us think that they are scary and that they deserve to go to hell because of needed desires outside of their free will . For me I hope that we will all have peace some day including demons in our new earth.

    • @yosefbenavraham
      @yosefbenavraham 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @VikVaughnMISC Lol, I have no idea what you're talking about. Fine tuning is a scientific term used in cosmological physics to denote the fact that the universe requires a very narrow window of physical values and constants to exist. If any of these physical constants varied even a minute amount (slight difference in electron charge, slight difference in the gravitational constant, etc.) , life as we know it, as well as the universe itself, wouldn't be possible.
      So why are those laws and constants exactly right to allow for a universe and for life to exist, instead of some other values? Just by coincidence? Millions and millions of physical values just coincidentally happened to be exactly right and coordinated with each other to allow life, with no life being possible if even one of those values were different?

    • @yosefbenavraham
      @yosefbenavraham 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @VikVaughnMISC Fine tuning is used all the time in scientific discourse; just educate yourself a little. It's not hard with google and youtube available.
      In fact we do know - because we understand physics - that very narrow physical values exist in regard to countless processes and physical phenomenon for existence to be possible. If many of the values were even slightly different, the very processes that formed the universe wouldn't even have been possible. So your comments are wrong, sorry.

    • @yosefbenavraham
      @yosefbenavraham 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @VikVaughnMISC It's a legitimate scientific theory. 😂 Invoked even by notables such as Alexander Vilenkin, physics professor at Tufts and one of the developers of inflation theory, and Leonard Susskind, one of the inventors of string theory. 😂
      The window isn't broad for an infinitude of things. The slightest variance in many physical parameters would result in total catastrophe for the formation or existence of the universe. But according to you, planets can form outside those variances, humans can live with no oxygen or at minus hundreds of degrees, and any other countless impossibilities are in fact possible. The window according to you is so wide for everything after all. 😅
      Why do we even need laws of physics in that case, since you claim anything goes and they're not even necessary for things to be how they are? 😆
      There's a youtube channel called "Closer to Truth" that covers many of these topics through interviews with the leading scientists and theoreticians of our time, including the aforementioned highly respected and esteemed scientists. You should watch it, you might learn something.

    • @yosefbenavraham
      @yosefbenavraham 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @VikVaughnMISC There goes youtube, deleting my comments again. I have to swear off this platform, it's ridiculous.
      But no, fine tuning is a legitimate scientific theory and inquiry. 😂 It's Invoked even by notables such as Alexander Vilenkin, physics professor at Tufts and one of the developers of inflation theory, and Leonard Susskind, one of the inventors of string theory. 😂

    God is going to end evil and injustice. He does not love them or think they are "necessary forever." However, Adam and Eve did choose to see (experiment) what a world with "good and evil" would be like. The result was death, as He had warned. Had they not chosen that, there would be no death and no iniquity here.

King David is saying to Hashem "Forgive me because we are humans, we aren't created as angels, even the act of bringing children/conception comes from physical desire, so how can humans not sin? If the very conception of man comes from desire, how can the body of the baby born of it not also carry those impulses?" The body of man is what causes him to sin, and it is the duty of the soul and intellect to control and channel it/be as angelic as possible, that is all King David is saying in verse 7, that all humans have an innate tendency to seek physical desires which cause them to be able and sin, similar to what is says in psalm 103 verse 14.

    I don't think non-believers misappropriate terms like good and bad, they just apply it to their own standard, most often, a Golden Rule ethic: do not do unto others that which, if done to you, would be unwanted.
    This is why, BTW, a non-believer can assert slavery is wrong and a 'bible believer' cannot. Why? Because the God of the bible permits slavery (certain conditions apply).
    See Leviticus 25. Slavery therefore is good in the biblical view as God would never sanction something that was evil or bad, whereas, to humans (who can relate empathetically to other humans) would never want to be considered another human's property and live as a slave.

      Genesis 6 shows how spiritual egos ("angels") descended into human bodies (into the "daughters of men", "Eve").
      That part of these egos ("spirits", "self"), which were backward in their development, that is, materialistic, incarnated too deeply into the bodies of (still in dream state) people (Adam-species).
      These became the "evil" (giant) Nephilim bloodline, which was largely destroyed during the flood.
      Since (almost) all suitable physical bodies were destroyed in the flood, these (now materialistic and coarse) egos could no longer find bodies in which they could reincarnate.
      Thus, those egos who belonged to the Nephilim bloodline were imprisoned in the post-death state of purgatory (Hades, Tartarus), the dark ethereal atmosphere of the earth.
      They are now mere ethereal but hardened shadows (ghosts), prisoners of themselves, that gradually decay if they are unable to absorb life-force from living bodies or temporarily possess them.
      Transhumanism aims to create suitable vessels (bodies) for them.
      Some people have followed the example of these original disembodied "demons" (disembodied Nephilim spirits), through black magic.
      They cultivate the power of their animal-soul, stolen from the Divine ego.
      Such hardened spiritual shells, separated from their higher principle (materialistic, "unclean"), can survive for aeons slowly decaying in the etheric realm like ghosts, trying to take over people's bodies.
      Their fate is the Biblical "lake of fire", where they will finally disintegrate into the original natural elements and no longer exist.
      But the higher ego, that originally animated these lower but still intelligent "shells", is responsible for the effects they produce (karma).

    Always an excellent presentation rabbi. However, I have a question for anyone who can answer this. I’m not a native Hebrew speaker I was a Christian. So I have to rely on the translations (commentaries as Rabbi says). I went and I looked up the Hebrew word used in the concordance. That’s translated to Demon here, and I found that it is only used twice in tanakh. Shedim? What are everyone’s thoughts on the lack of presence of demons in Tanakh ? How come the Christians gravitated towards the Greek ideas about how demons operated? Also, when it says, for example, that ha Shem Sent an evil spirit to torment King Saul would that be considered a demon too? I looked it up in the concordance once again, because I don’t speak. Hebrew and I saw that that was a different set of wording. Anyway, I’m rambling on here. I hope somebody that is a native Hebrew speaker. Here can help me out.

    I believe the whole point of intelligent creation, both spiritual and physical, was how freewill plays out. Those that choose God will reside with Him eternally and those that don’t won’t. God doesn’t want to rule by tyranny. He wants subjects in His Kingdom that are there because they want to be. The Serpent of Old wanted to be God, his temptation to Eve was she could be like God. That’s his kingdom. Evil has its role because the choice has to be clearly defined and the evil that exists in the spiritual realm actively wants you chose it. It wars against those that love God. The Watchers that descended on Mt Hermon to take the daughters of men in Genesis 6, with Nephalim as offspring, abandoned their holy position by choice. How about we talk about Israel’s conquests against the Rephahim. Who are Princes of Greece and Persia restraining an Angel to get to Daniel? Why did the Archangel Michael have to intervene? The supernatural world is highly intelligent, beyond our understanding. The world nor Gods operation stopped 2000 years ago. The New Testament is the continuation and further revelation of Gods purposes and designs.

    Firstly, we must consider the vices in order to understand the origin of sin. In the same way, we couldn’t discuss butter without first considering milk. The cause of evil and sin began with the advent of the five dominant vices infiltrating the soul. Ego, Lust, Attachment, Anger and Greed. These are subtle and invisible, so the only way we can describe them is by metaphor. Consider these vices the influence which enables us to commit sinful acts, similar to a drunk driver under the influence of alcohol. In terms of cause and effect - the cause is vice, the effect is sin. Because vices are intangible, they can’t be measured or quantified. Over the ages, religious teachings placed a tangible stamp on the vices, depicting them as the Devil, Satan, Ravan, fallen Angels, a Serpent, Demons and various other incarnations. However, in reality, they are impurities which have a negative influence on the soul. When we recognise and accept our impurities, we begin to take the first steps of courage towards reforming our character.

    The answer to the question is quite easily found in the verse which is:
    They sacrificed to demons, which have no power, deities they did not know, new things that only recently came, which your forefathers did not fear.
    These things didn't exist to begin with. They have no power, "new things that only recently came" etc. They're basically idols.
    Does this refute what Rav Singer says? No. He doesn't even like to use the word "Demons" for obvious reasons. He's talking about Satan i.e. negative force that can tempt you. The point is....they cannot possess you nor can they force you to do something evil. You do it. End of story.
    If this wasn't true then the entire Torah is false....which it isn't.

    Original sin theory is not universal in Christianity. The opposite is supported by the book of Revelation and passages in Paul's writing have been interpreted as making all man responsible for the sin of Adam, but this is not a conclusion that is enjoined by his words themselves. The place in Revelation is in dealing with a separate judgment from the resurrection of the just, also called the holy and blessed. It is the general resurrection of the people who are not conspicuously just who have the books opened of all they ever did, and those not found in the Lamb's book of life are rejected. This means that everyone starts out in the book called the book of life. It is the record of all who ever lived. God said that whomever sins against him he will blot out of his book. It also implies that it was known from the beginning who would be in the book. Many people have been blotted out of the book, but been forgiven and their sins erased. Nevertheless, God always knew who would make it, and whom would not. The books, plural, with the record of whom will be saved and whom will not is opened to justify God's judgement, which is always backed up by the facts. God's ways are just. Man's ways are unjust.

We Muslim have that same periods as well, it's called Jahiliah and at that time our ancestors weren't even Muslim. When Islam came, Quran mentioned that when we humans are born, we are without sins. Like a white clean sheet. Whether we be evil or not, our parents and the society that will shape it. And when we reached maturity it will be on our hands, what we did, whether be evil or good. Tovia makes confusion between free will and its nature.
    He says that free will depends on demons seducing/convincing people and that's why we have free will.
    If we didn't have free will BEFOREHAND, why would demons even waste their time trying the impossible?
    It is impossible to "seduce" something that can't think.

    To understand this universe we need, first, to understand the Grand Unification of the Four Universal Field Forces. Einstein mentioned them and searched for them. In fact, the unification is carefully massaged into the Holy Bible. We aren't expected to understand them...they are far too profound...but they make passage through the universe quite reasonable to understand so that Almighty God has no problems with it. But...more importantly...passage through our own, individual, life, is deemed more important. This is why Jesus came to visit us...to teach us God's Science.

    Belief in demons/devil are excuses for bad behavior. “I’m not responsible a demon/devil made me do it.” People who believe in the devil or demons do not believe in an all powerful G-d nor in free will.

    And Love cried, because no man was found worthy of Love. In order to read it and understand it, you need Love, to open the book of Love.
    And one of the elders said to me, Don't cry, look, FEAR stopped you from opening the book, and to break the seven seals to read the book of Love and learn the law of Love.

    Your perfect world theory is incorrect. There are many other types of life that you are ignorant of. The conditions of the planet are not changed to suit life. The life is chosen depending on the conditions of the planet.
    You are correct, the negativity is because of free will.
    To the Christian we are all sinners and to the Jew it's all about Jews? Correct. The Jews have the most over inflated ego's that have ever existed. You think God serves you. You might want to do some research on Jewish history.
    The rebel angels that you call demons no longer exist. Once Michael/Jesus ascended He put an end to the Lucifer Rebellion. This does not mean that primitives cannot be possessed. If someone has a mind that is not normal, or, constantly open, or, they invite an advanced telepathic being in, then they can be jumped.
