It’s confusing when you see artists you’ve seen before but it’s a diff year because they’ve been in it before lol. Who cares about the order, I could watch this till the cows come home!
I love watching this series but 5 minutes of video are enough for me
I actually wish it wasn’t a competition. These are so fabulous.
The camera cut at 5:19 where she was in the same pose as her self-portrait was too funny!
Exactly! I couldn't tell if it was real or memorex...😊
Great work, but what a strange shortlist.
Thank you. I love the bright blue and yellow contrast
I loved his portrait
Can't say I agree completely with the choice of winners.
I am regularly repelled how some of the sitters not even take the time to greet the Artists or even look at them when arriving. Until they take some of their work home... It really says a lot about a person, imo!
I didn’t realise Roisin Conaty was one of the judges, good for her.😀
Thank you for posting
Ty😊
34:29 I was confused for a second. Then I realized it was a guy in the background with the same colour shirt.
Will this be an on-going show? Then, PLEASE label with DATE or NUMBER. I appreciate the upload, glad I caught # 1 episode.
Fellowes has a brilliant backdrop. Really, 2 good backdrops. The green one with all the clutter is not helpful.
“This is a Mississippi Boatmans shirt, actually”
Why isn't there a Season/Episode label?
2014 if you watch carefully
That would be so helpful, and offering the next episode would be helpful to us all, I think.
Hahaha. Lauren is inspired by both Lucian Freud and the preRaphaelites!!!!!! Good luck with that!!!
2014
Most of the videos I see in Tennessee are at least 1 year ago. Do you have any other ones to share more recent?
How long does this contest take to make it difficult to paint someone's face in a similar way? 🙏
I'd like to see one of the sitters be honest and say, "None." Because, let's be honest if you've followed this show, there have been some terrible portraits that nobody would disgrace their walls with. The judges like using florid language to mask a portrait's ugliness and their ineptitude in selecting an artist. I recently saw a portrait show out of the UK with no judges with agendas and it was actually good. So talent does exist in the UK.
Those “judges” don’t know shlt. They consistently choose magazine illustrations.
Folks, this is an old show. Disappointed.
