Its not stated directly but I love how when the mantis was trying to do acupuncture with the needles, he says its hard to do because of Po's big body. The final fight scene, his big body makes it so the nerve paralysis attack is ineffective because it can't get through his big body.

Forgive me, friends, but "kung fu" is not a type of fighting style. It's a phrase that means "hard work over time to achieve excellence."
This also means that there are many types of kung fu. True, fighting styles are one type of kung fu, but art mastery, culinary skills, woodworking, etc. are also types of kung fu, as all of these fields require discipline and hard work to achieve excellence.
Not trying to be a mansplainer. Just thought it was important given the fact that I figured that in this case, translation was important.

I love how they understand the message of the movie and a lot of the things behind it better than the English speaking audiences do. Like when Oogway ascended and they immediately said "he attained salvation". A lot of English viewers interpreted that as him dying, but "attaining salvation" is much closer to what really happened. There is the possibility that their understanding is altered by the fact they're watching a translated version, but it's still remarkable nonetheless.

A lot of the concept is in a budhist form
Which is a cousin "religion" of hinduism
      Buddha was born hindu
A lot of these concept are at the core of these beliefs
The past, future present talk from oogway is about
Controling the outcome of the future is futile
Cherry seed talk : some things are just meant to happen
Tailung escape : fighting against fate will make it happen faster
Telling shifu to believe in his responsibility as a master is about dharma
      So on...
There is so much in this movie
Im sad that hollywood doesnt put that much thought and effort in their craft anymore

they are Indian, they have known the terms since they were babies; In fact, our 'Western' culture is also like this, Christianity, Judaism, Islam also use the same terms. When Jesus says: 'This is the summary of all Law (Law is the same as Dharma): 'You shall love God above all things and your neighbor as yourself'. When talking about the first commandment, it says that You will love the Lord Your God and will not make idols, images or sculptures of what is above in the heavens or on the earth below; When this is said, this is the commandment that every Hindu, Buddhist follows, which is that you do not try to trap the Limited in the Unlimited, God is formless, creating graven images refers to that, there are people who are trapped in these forms; what all religious texts say as the cause of Evil/Suffering (Duka). When a person reads anything they have to reflect on it and try to understand it using Logic (Sofia), which is what the Greek Philosophers practiced, this is what Jesus refers to: 'The letter is dead but the Spirit gives life '; the Spirit is this fire of Wisdom/Logic, you must pass all the letters (that is, every question, every thing) through its analysis, if it passes through the fire without getting burned, that is valid. When you put a question into the fire of wisdom, that question will be purified by the fire, and this purification will be the answer; this is Science. The Sin of Idolatry described in the Bible as the cause of all evil is the same one that Buddha warns people about, it is attachment to passing forms. It is literally the term MaYa (Ma - Ya): 'Ma': is to mark, measure, define something; and 'Ya': it is 'That', it is called That because it cannot be defined; Therefore, the meaning of MaYa is: Mark That, try to finite infinity. Jesus says that the 'builders' rejected the 'foundation stone', the builders are not the Masons as some think, the builders are the people who suffer for holding God to a form, thus limiting Himself. Ya and Ma, which are Sanskrit terms, have the same meaning in Hebrew, so much so that Ya is the letter Yod(Y), which is the first letter of God's name: Yod-He-Vau-He, and this letter means exactly the ' Ain Sof(without end)' which is the same thing as saying 'That'(Ya) Because it is something that cannot be defined. Liberation or Salvation is exactly that, and this level in Christianity is given by the name 'Yashar'El' which is the same thing with the same letters as Israel, Yashar'El means: 'Straight/Right to God', YaAKoB(Jacob ) gets this name after fighting with Satan, the numerology of the name Yashar'El or Israel is the numerology of the name YaAKoB(which is the name of Jacob in Hebrew, which has the numerical value of 182)+Satan(which has the value number of 359), the angel that Jacob fought was Satan and his fight was the same as that of Buddha with Mara, since Satan and Mara are the mind, which is why they can be called Builders or Architects, as the Mind is Form, when our mind speaks it is creating/making a form and this form hides God from Fools (with all due respect to Atheists), because the Sage like Buddha or Lao Tse, or Plato will soon reflect and at some point enlightenment will come . So much so that on the Tree of Life, that Kabbalistic structure is from Keter ('crown') to Rrokmah (Wisdom) and from Rrokmah to Keter. Only a Philosopher can act with Morals and Ethics because fools like Nietzsche rejected the foundation stone and so they cannot have true Morals and Ethics. But the avatar of KalKi with his sword that is Wisdom will re-educate these children and then people will be able to truly understand the Religious words; Curiously, the Hebrew word 'SheKeR GalGal' which means: 'Wheel of Lies', which is the same concept as Sansara, has the numerical value of '666' which is the same value as 'MaQlipots' which means: Which comes from the Qlipots('Shells'), the Qlipots are like those machines from the movie Matrix that feed on human energy...(and the Qlipots have a name that is either 'Tree of Death' or 'Adam Belial', which means a Contrary Adam, the entire creation fallen into Illusion is called contrary Adam; the 'mark of the Beast' is on the Forehead and the Hand because: the forehead signifies the thoughts, the mind, the mentality, and the hand signifies the person's actions, generally related more to physical things because of the sense of touch in the hand, the mark of the beast is to do the sin of idolatry which is also to do action with the intention of enjoying the result of that action, the BodhiSatva he contemplates all the time at 'Ya ', that is: 'He Loves God Above All Things' that is why he does not do any action out of interest, because he is already full, that is why he does not desire, that is why BodhiSatva fulfills the Dharma perfectly), it is not The Matrix was released in 1999, 999 is the reverse energy of 666.

The movie was about knowing yourself. About wisdom. I've seen the mirror used in other stories. Po went on a journey to learn about himself. His teacher also went on a journey, to learn how to teach the unconventional student to find and use their strengths. Po was motivated by his dream and food, so master trained him to achieve his dream through food. Brilliant!

I hope you all give a chance to Disney old historical classics. I’m 39, I did not grow up with this movie but I want to support the channel.
Robin Hood, Alice in Wonderland, peter pan, I mean the original hand drawn, animated classics. Beauty and the beast. Oh my gosh, the little mermaid even up to Pocahontas, which is the story that is true about Native Americans meeting English settlers. It is a true story of Disney’s Pocahontas. The ending isn’t true but it’s a good Disney movie. Aladdin made every little girl in the 90s fantasize about India! Not the new one, the original Aladdin😊😊😊 The Sword in the Stone, I wish you would make another poll/ ask a TH-cam question for the channel. I would LOVE to see POLLYANNA.

I watched these men become more educated than 50% of America through their reaction videos of space, science, nature, and culture from the world. These “villagers” have the whole internet before them, all of mankind’s knowledge, it’s only to be expected, that they are to know so much.
Edit: the villagers are part of the world wide community, and just being online, has opened their minds. They know of the infinite universe, and the infinitely small, and understand their place between large and small better than most people I know, here in America. My teachers didn’t know as much as they do.

I have to ask, and would love a sincere answer: Do these viewers 'understand' English? Or are they watching a dubed version on their end?
Because they seem to follow along the dialog very well for not speaking English.

So we've gotten to the point where even short, cut clips of videos have to be censored? Why do we even bother watching these movies anymore? It's so obvious that the creators of these movies don't want anything to be shared lmao why do we even bother.

One of my favourite little details of this movie is that Mantis and Viper are the two members of the Furious Five who give him a chance from the beginning. This is because they’ve both been doubted before. Mantis is very small but has shown that size can be used to a person’s advantage, like how Po used his body fat to absorb powerful attacks. It’s also revealed in a sequel that Viper had no fangs. Her ability to fight was doubted because of this. However, she was an expert dancer from young and she’s incorporated that into her fighting style.
Both of them know what it’s like to be doubted for their perceived weaknesses, only to make it their strengths. They see that potential in Po.
