I thoroughly respect Cara's ability to give Laurel the praise she deserves despite their tumultuous history. That is what makes a champ. The ability to respect other formidable opponents.
Maybe it's a good sign for their relationship in All Stars 4 since that had already filmed.

I love how when Laurel came out, both Cara and Darrell leaned in to the screen, and stayed leaned in lol. You can't argue good TV, and Laurel is one of the primest competitors.

She needed Hall brawl or the one where you put the ball in the middle cone. Raven looks like she has the weight to make it good. So upsetting they gave Laurel this crap where raven got help basically cheating almost from the others. If they give CT a breathing under water match, I'm gonna be pissed

I know the audience has been helping for a very long time but recently it just feels like it’s gotten worse it’s just makes the elimination more unfun to watch especially when it’s a puzzle

agree..and they are mostly puzzle races also, they rarely get physical with eachother.
Doesn’t help that in interviews I’ve heard cast members say that sometimes production lets them help and sometimes they don’t. Kind of gross that they don’t just pick a rule and stick to it.
I feel producers purposely want champs to lose because they want new generation of challengers to take over as old champs age out. But, this is not the way to do it. They have to win convincently and without help from the rest of the challengers shouting answers.

They've always been able to help from the sidelines, it's part of the game and adds another dimension to it..and no, sorry to tell u but wen u get older your body and brain gets Weaker, that's just life

Both Cara and Darrell don’t age, they look amazing. ❤️ But it’s clear they set this season up to introduce a new era of Challengers since most of the Champs/Veterans aren’t getting any younger and they can’t keep relying on them to comeback each season.
Can they just gather which ever vet fit for the challenge to come back coz I'm sick of the "new era"...they just don't do it for me

To be fair I think they were up till this point because some of the past few champs did get exactly what they would be good at in an elimination and what the competitors were bad at. Melissa's is a prime example they gave her an elimination where she didn't have any strength in that she said those were her weaknesses and gave it to her.
Can i just say that if the vets were actually on this season, no way would Moriah be getting away with murder like this. Shes in the American alliance but flat out says that her number one and two are James and ZaZa. She would have been gone the first week she started up with that nonsense. Why is she untouchable this season. I don't think she has quite earned a top girl spot. She has barely been competitive. She is more worried about keeping James safe. I'm just surprised that everyone is just letting it slide. When it gets down to the wire and they're looking for reasons, it will come up 💯

Holy these elimination games have been so horrible. The elimination games should be set to the champions strengths and the eliminations they are best at. This is suppose to be “You can’t be a champion, until you beat a champion”, why are the producers trying to make the champs lose.

The disappointment in this elimination is huge. Laurel should’ve won but also bernas comment like she is not that good, was low. Some of these new people pay no respect to champs, like with Jordan. I don’t think these players realize how good these champs are due to the pathetic eliminations we have gotten this season. Challenge 39 has been honestly one of the worst seasons. Im ready for them to wrap up this season and it’s only mid season😂

I agree with Cara..they shouldn't have let the "house" help Raven. Laurel has the title of a champion because of her competition wins that she won on her own strength. Here because the house helped Raven win she will title herself a champion for taking out a champion. I say bring back all the "real" champions and let them show how a real competition is played when you have to play on your own strength,before they want to replace Laurel,CT,Bananas,
Jordan,Wes,Sara, Zach,Cara and Darrell and there are even more names I'd like to add as champions. 😊

This season is one of the worst. MTV really need to figure out this show, its becoming more and more like big brother. and to be honest, some of the big brother comps are better. Its leaning away from being a competition show and more toward a social show with some competitions.
I would not have continued once I heard the house helping...like theres no point.

Honestly, I don't understand how hard it is to integrate the older generation into a newer generation. They did it before but this challenge generation there is no spark or even a desire to watch them. The only ones that are enjoyable to watch are Kyland, Horacio, Nurys predominately. Like even back in the day when Johnny, CT, Annessa, Laurel, Darrell had there TV bad boy moments it was entertaining to watch but you actually liked them. This generation expect for a few is very bland...
If they want drama have the house watch it through a tv monitor and they can spectate there. this trend of having friends gameplay is cheating. Mind as well make the elimination pin the tail in the donkey cause we haven’t seen anything that simple in a while.

Don't get me wrong, not a fan of laurel as a person but there is undeniable truth that Laurel is a force to be reckon with in The challenge history. This is NOT a elimination- it's the entire house vs Laurel. The odds were never in her favour. And enough of these lame ass eliminations, wtf? The challenge used to be skill based and physical, but now it's just puzzles only. SO boring.

It didn’t seem that way during the actual episode. Laurel was more frustrated when she was missing a peg and slowed down pacing around saying it wasn’t her fault there’s not any more pegs because of it during the episode. Rayvn had time to catch up. Laurel got in her own way during this comp. I love Laurel but I am also glad Rayvn won because at this point I think she proved to be the next champ out of the rest of the house.

I just want to express my disappointment for the last few seasons of the challenge. Especially the last 2 seasons. Every episode is boring, The dramatic sound/music is just cringe, the games are so weak a 10 yr old could do them and the participants have no fire whatsoever. Who is directing these shows? i bet it's like a female primary school teacher directing these or something. Bring back the raw! the hard! and the not so weak ass challenges. Or the challenge will die!. Also the competitions have lost all excitement. More real! people! are needed, not these posers and wannabees!!! Find some beast athletes like you used to have not these squirmy runners......

Laurel been lost her "edge". She's not what she was in her 20's. Duh. Most people aren't. She can keep blaming it on this thing or that person, but at the end of the day, it's just her lackluster performance that has somehow been overlooked for YEARS!!!! She's a giant in her own mind and maybe the minds of other challengers. But as a 20+ years fan, I can name 10 other women that I consider bigger threats.
