Cara was such a great sport about this. Also, how did Paulie not give her the scouting report on Michele being a Survivor winner? And not only that, but Michele is an elite puzzle solver, which is one of the main reasons she did so well on Survivor.
Michele also said that she asked Paulie why he called her a snake, and he said he didn't know what she was talking about. Obviously, that could just be him trying to save himself, but it wouldn't surprise me if Laurel was really the one Cara was talking about, especially with both of them just calling Michele orange/purple jacket
I think it's b/c she KNOWS puzzles sometimes get the better of her and she knows it....this isn't the first time (esp. in a final) that a puzzle was the difference between Cara winning and losing haha. Either she gets it quickly or she's lost...there's no in between.

I think season 40 is when they bring the actual champs back, that's why they went for these "cheapskates" and also Cara will be on All Stars 4 which should air this year maybe after this season

This was the best part of the entire season and we haven’t even seen the rest. I so wish she would have won, but MTV is definitely playing the Vets to look bad and put them doing things they’re not good at. Michelle talking all that mess about beating Cara, but she could barely move the blocks. If it wasn’t for Cara not being good at puzzles she would have smoked her. Side note: Cara moving the block into Michelle’s way and just leaving was too funny.

This recent one between Cara/Michelle was a mix of strength, endurance, and smarts. Tests more of you and makes you be more well-rounded than a pole wrestle or something simple like that.

These people are built up as all-time competitors, they *should* in theory be all-purpose players who are threats in any game. Michele showed she's got that variety to her skillset.
Glad Cara Maria is back and hope to see her on a full season soon. Her elimination was the most entertaining part of this season so far. Michele was probably the worst choice for this type of elimination lol.
I think its safe to say that the CHAOS portion of the show hasnt been successful in the way that id rather the non-champs just face each other and just eliminate each other. However, the champs coming in have shown that a LOT of these competitors dont have that it factor

true but everyone chooses to forget that production chose to let the whole cast help Horacio and Olivia win 2 of their eliminations last year in season 38 Ride or dies against Turbo and his gf and against Jay and Michele. if TJ laid down the law last season Horacio could have just been one of many one and done rookies instead of having so much hype to his name which drives me nuts. basically after last season, and with how much the cast interfered in the eliminations i’m not in the least surprised that it’s happening again bc it will only continue happening until TJ gets the green light from production to put an end to it.

Beating a champ in a puzzle isn't super impressive.
