It's clear that theres an even bigger difference between Tier 1 players and Tier 2. Tier 1 players are professional about things while tier 2 its just ruthless. The fact that none of optic/envy, andbox, or c9 have complained about yay but mainly dsg have is crazy

Yay wouldn't be acting like that for no reason. It's so obvious that they all hate Yay when he replaced Steel on the team. It's not his fault. The real problem is the team's attitude towards Yay that they intend to not to play the game properly with him and piss him off maybe in the hopes to get him out of the team. Like a bullying would.
This. Thats what I think too. Base on their performance that time compared to when they were with steel, it really shows that there's a divide and conflict between the players in dsg that time. Too many mistakes and they play like they dont want to win.
In case you weren't listening, this is how the comms went. Yay makes a call (1 or 2 people go b main) -> teammates follows the call (there's 1 person b main) -> yay gets pressed because they didn't follow it a certain way (he asks why is genghsta not in b main when there is already one person there) -> genghsta says "you didnt say 2 guys" so he assumes 1 (omen) is enough -> yay says "I said double inserted" (remember he said "one or two guys" word for word) -> genghsta laughs -> yay throws a tantrum

In all of this drama, Its Disguised Toast who lost.
All I got from the comms is that yay wants to win, calls a strat that's strong and makes sense, and then genghsta and exalt laughing at him for being titled when they're about to lose the round (when exalt dies in mid). At least Yay sees what's wrong and tried to correct it, but those 2 just doesnt have the capacity to lower their egos and adapt to their losses. There's a reason why both of them aren't playing professionally right now and Yay is.

Tbh this has to be the most unprofessional move in esports history. I can't remember any CS drama or early Valorant drama where teammates made leaks like that. Ganghsta is a literal child for doing this and I hope yay squeezes a lot of money out of him. I don't like yay but this is just such a fucking idiotic move.

Then Toast brought in Yay who just came from the Optic environment of tryharding everything, telling Yay that he wants his team to win (because what type of CEO doesn't want their team to win?) and the dude took it as a mission that year only to see that Gengshta and the other dipshits didn't really want to win like he did.
Ocean's behavior from the "bribing" screenshot is indicative of how unserious they took the whole DSG thing, if anything. Thank god Toast experienced this, so he now knows who not to trust in the industry. His GC team probably grinded harder than this one despite the results.

Genghsta revealed private conversations (talking to each other) of the DSG team, where yay was mad. FNS is mad because you should not do that. FNS said that he is not defending yay, but the action of revealing private conversations is not something a normal person would do.

Many people on twitter said that Genghsta only cared about the money but not the actual matches. Remember when toast revealed their average player salary? Yeah the salary is kinda crazy. I'm pretty conflicted on the drama because I'm a huge Toast fan and have been following DSG from the start, so i'm probably biased toward Genghsta.
I like Poolchan but i disagree with what he's saying about never posting something like this publicly. I think if theres something going on behind the scenes that you find "wrong", I think its 100% fine to come out agaisnt it. 9:37 I think trying to bribe the coach to bench a player and basically end their pro career is "on a personal level". I don't think either Yay or Genghsta have any respect toward each other. You wouldn't bribe a coach to bench a player that you had any respect for, nor would you leak comms to make a player look bad if you had any respect toward them. But i will say posting about it 1 year after it happened is really weird.
