    I am 33 yrs, would like to share a incidence. Generally I don't have much pain, but once I had major cramps & I was on the verge of fainting. Had to rush to the hospital. I was fine after a injection. But when I was back I heard my women relative saying I am acting as if "only I get periods & they don't know anything about period pain. That sentence hurt even more.

      Ask them how many children they beard in their lifetime. If it's more than 4 it means they hardly experienced periods. If there is hardly more than 1 yr gap between each child then definitely they experienced very less periods bcz being pregnant as u know there can be any periods & it's common that women in their 40s start experiencing menopause. In their time periods used to come around at the age of 15-16 while today little girls experience it around at the age 9. So there is a huge age gap in terms of experiencing periods & it's pain.

    • @aditichoudhury3425
      @aditichoudhury3425 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      It's not just about that it's less or high intensity pain. The simulator pain is totally different from the cramp. Because in the simulator the pain is external and like current, vibration; but in cramps the pain is like someone kneading and wrenching your organs, pulling your organs from inside, or like kapde dhoke nichodna wali sensation of your organs along with sometimes a needle poking sensation in waist and back, and hundred other things.

    Abdomen pain is just one aspect of periods.
    1. Continuous heavy bleeding anywhere between 3 - 10 days.
    2. Using and changing pads frequently for that entire duration. The discomfort and skin irritations..
    3. Constant fear of staining your clothes. Also, the fear of getting your period anytime anywhere when 'its the time of the month'.
    3. For the majority of women, it's not only abdomen pain. Legs, back, headache that too many of them suffer from migraine, loss of appetite, nausea, bloating and some even faint.
    4. The hormonal fluctuations that lead to mood swings
    AND labour pain is 1000 times the period cramp.

    I would say the boys body is build differenet as a female i feel we are build to bear that much pain naturally, also its very hard. I feel like its like as girls can do heavy legs weight but guys cant . Similarly its different.

    I don't find a point on asking guys to try period pain stimulator. I mean why?
    Everyone knows that it hurts and sometimes its unbearable but that doesn't mean that you have to put every men out there on that damn stimulator to seek validatiom from them instead let them learn to pamper and care for you during your periods.
    God created our bodies in a way to bear this pain.
    Are we too weak to bear this? Do we need validations from every other men out there? Why compare men and women when God created us to live harmoniously?

    • @aakritijha5725
      @aakritijha5725 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It's not about validation it's just so you guys know how much we went through and in future you will understand your mother, sister and girlfriend during this days and don't get irritated thinking they are making up

      @@aakritijha5725 I myself am a girl dear...I was just sharing my opinions on this topic. I presume that most men already know that we go through this and a "normal" man would understand and not get irritated so I find this thing pointless. Yeah ofc there'll always be some men out there who won't ever acknowledge however hard you try to make them understand but again we can just ignore them uk

    • @preranaarbad5581
      @preranaarbad5581 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Not some men dear, majority of Indian men do not understand the pain women go through, they even call names and say that women are making it up.
      Men experiencing these things helps create awareness about the topic. In most places, the topic is a big taboo that noone even talks about it.
      This video is not about validation is about understanding each other. And if you understand each other only then you can live in harmony.
      I don't know, which country you are living in but in India there's recent incident that a guy killed his sister only because she was bleeding. She got her periods for the first time and he assumed that she had sex or something because he had no idea about periods.
      Now, people having no idea about menstrual cycle are there and how would they und the pain or PMS or PCOD?
      That's why these videos are necessary.
