Driver is arrogant and completely in the wrong here. You just drive wherever customer asks you to, or politely tell the customer that you know the best route and calm them down. In this video there is no reason to take the lady to the police station. She was just upset that you took a different turn. If you don’t like your customer’s attitude, you have the right to ask them to step out, but then you can’t ask for the fare as you did not complete the trip. Uber driving is not for egoistic people, they need to be patient and must have service oriented attitude. The driver must choose a different career path.
