I realize that I have the same process as you do, but I have always hated my lineart. It is fine but it takes sooo much time, I hated that my art can’t look like other artists with no lineart and just straight up rendering over sketch. I have always wanted to change my art process, failing in the middle and hating it in the end, and I’ve been in an artblock state for over 5 months. But THIS video showed me that drawings with lineart can turn amazing, I just had a distorted view that no lineart > with lineart, but no, I’m just good with lineart but I just suck at rendering over it and that’s why I hated it😭 I learned a lot from this video! I’m sure the art process is not short, but as long as you enjoy it then that’s all that matters. I’m trying to rediscover my joy in doing art, and your video helps a lot. Light? As in the artist is applying light pressure? Gentle? As in the artist is doing gentle strokes? I assure you, any default brush will do the same thing this brush does if you just tweak it a bit, and learn to draw. (I hope this doesn’t come across as rude, that’s not my intention, and I hope you don’t think that just because you have their brush you’ll immediately draw like them, that’s not how it works.)
