So as a person who makes a lot of OCs myself I agree with all of these tips they are really good. I usallay try to make my characters relatable in some ways and not relatable in other ways, and also some of my characters have powers and some of them don’t but are. Still really strong. For example one of my OCs is the one on my profile pic who is named Sienna. She is a kindergartner and also the daughter of the principal. Her cousin Emma also attends the same school called Self defense education. I know that Sienna will have some powers that will only show when she’s mad (I know not og idea plz don’t cancel me) but I have not decided what they will be yet. Not all my characters are that detailed with their backstory’s and relationships but I still try to make them relatable and also unique Anyway sorry for yapping Bye

For the world building, I felt that the moment the discoloration on a desk inspired the map of the world for my story 😂 It makes it easier too because now all I need to do is name the different sections and stuff.
ngl i have three separate world types going through 3 different main characters and the second point really stood out to me since one's in a fantasy setting another one in a place like real life earth while another is in a landscape i cooked up. I just found it fun to see how starkly different each setting was from one another
When you asked in the video "What element power we would like to have??" I automatically thought of my own spidersona I did, that was solely based off of a water spider. Did a whole backstory on it too, and it came out really good. But I did need this for my art block I was having, this just lifted it right off!!

Water has the most potential in all the media I’ve seen. (I mean I guess that and earth) but I like to imagine that you’d be able to manipulate the stages of matter along side it, like you could make it solid or make it gaseous, you could change its temperature. You may also have a moon motif because of how tides are affected by the moon, you can use it to propel yourself making you fly! Just so much potential for water
Ah, another person who likes character design! 😁 I actually really love character design! There can be cultures, armors, fantasy clothing, cloaks, and more that can be made. Male armors, female armors. Drawing, converting, stuff like that. Oh, if I could pick an element, it would be 🔥
i know how to design a world in a -world- personal record of 5-20 minutes and the final details usually come later. sometimes when its out of my comfort zone, it takes 20-50 minutes. and the rest that im way unfamiliar with is 50 minutes to any time
This 3 simple (complicated) steps might actually help me with my ocs especially when i'm bringing back some of the characters I draw back then. One of them is the clothing connected to their personality and the world they live in, and lastly which I'm still struggling until now.. is the names =w=👍
