Good grief. We in America have to deal with a crazy man as our president who is a national embarrassment but Piers Morgan is surely a close relative of Trump. I don't usually talk like this but what a horrible man. Just making it to the Olympics is an honor and even more so perhaps to win any medal regardless of gold silver or bronze. Is Morgan still employed by GMB? Kudos to Tom Daley for not walking off the set. Mr. Daley is indeed a role model for the world and I know Great Britain is proud of him.
I thought I was the only one thinking Piers behaved like a jealous brat but according to the other comments, I'm not. I felt so bad for Tom when this so-called host cheapened bronze medals. Tom trains so hard and I'm glad he has his family and friends to support and congratulate him when jerks like Morgan open their big mouth.
Not even for Tom Daley could I sit thru Piers. He's a deeply disturbed person, and watching him flail about untreated and unmedicated is unpleasant, and just sad.

And the book doesn't say you need to work out 6 hours a day it's literally like 30-40 min. And it's actually good food and good tips.
