May I ask. After Madness I eventually disassemble it for Echo. In some cases I disassemble Echo for BKB, then buy Ogre axe to bring back my Echo, I think its efficient but what do you think?

I would say, when buulding bkb, buy the ogre axe last. Then if you have no gold for the ogre axe and u know u would have a fight.u could just do that.

i don't think you should ever disassemble madness that item gives too much dps for you at any point of the game
