Luke, you are an excellent teacher! I have looked at the Weck Method channel, the Philippines Rope Flow channel, and your videos actually help me do the thing right! So, thank you. I can flow thanks to you!
Tok me some few minutes to learn!! Awesome video.. i was only missing and struggling with one issue and that was getting the rope back again on the other side. But as soon as i understood that u needed to rotate towards the other side.. if the rope was back on the left and as i was about to touch the floor i rotated to the right side pulling the rope on the right and back and than rotating back again to the left and that made it all so easy!!
Thanks for this video Luke. I've been flowing rope for the last month or so, had figured everything else out fairly easy with watching some of your other videos and was able to do the underhand sneak on one side, but was having trouble linking both sides together. Just watched this and went in the garden and sussed it! Feels like the missing link has been found. Cheers.
Thank you Luke, for this great tutorial on the underhand sneak. It's a brain twister to start LOL! Great to see that upright bass against the wall there!. Thanks for giving us this clear tutorial with the extra information about how we can change our stance or adjust our movements if it seems the rope is hitting the legs or head.
Starting behind the back is incredibly counter intuitive. I had the same issue with the overhand sneak from the weck method. Another video recommending starting with hands in front of the body was much easier. Part of the movement involves having both hands in front, which is a much more natural motion than one behind the back and I recommend starting there.
can you do a rope flow sesion like about 10/20 minutes for intermidiate level? I know almost all the moves already but I would like to consolit them with flow
I’ve been able to do this on my right side for a couple of week but I can’t get it to transfer to my left. Really struggling, it keeps going into an overhand sneak movement
It really is tricky! If you haven't already, it may help to really slow it down in the same manner starting on that right side and nail that down before trying to integrate both sides together.
Similar, but not quite! The hanumans dance / tandem sneak is a combination of the underhand AND overhand sneak. It's a tricky but fun one to learn. There are some good tutorials out there but I'll put one of my own up soon on here as I learnt it a slightly different way :)
Thanks George, appreciate it! Unfortunately I had to move away from a fully plant based diet a little while back as it didn't work with some of my underlying health issues. I enjoyed it and still support many of those principles behind it, but nutrition is so complex and there's so much we don't fully understand!
@@LukeJonesMOVE I feel you man. No judgement here. I'm glad to see you glow. You've really helped me with the rope. Another day in the life / eating video would go down well I think! Much love 🕊️
More rope flow tutorials to come pals! Let me know down here if there are any movements/ ideas you'd like me to cover ⬇️
Thank you! I've watched other underhand sneak videos but this is the one that finally worked for me!
Glad it helped!

I am a complete beginner and I find your videos are the best to try to follow. Thank you for breaking things down so beautifully.

Glad you like them! Hoping to bring some more out soon :)
I'm super new to rope flow, any chance we can get a tutorial that just focuses on 1 side at a time??
Nicely done thank you. May I ask what brand is the orange rope you use towards the end?
Cheers! That's one from Octomoves, although I'm not sure if they are operating any more.
Great tutorial 👌🏻
